And putting it in the crown jewel of our coast Savannah uuugh I feel sick.

This is going to ruin Savannah. Time to mobilize Monday stat. This will #)$*)@#$ Savannah. Crime, drugs, crime. Crime.

I am horrified. Then again money talks. Unfortunately. Oh this makes me sick. Anyone else here from Savannah? I know that's why they want this. It'll go right on Savannah or one of our nice little coastal towns.
This is one of the dumbest things i've ever read on this forum lol. Number one, crime in Savannah already sucks and drugs are available to anyone that wants them. Casino isn't going to make it any worse than it already is.

Stop acting as if Savannah is some haven that's going to be tarnished by a casino when your problems are already well noted.

I can see one in Sav but I have no idea where the other one will go.
I believe there is talk of one of them coming to downtown Augusta.

Thanks for the personal attack. Yes Savannah has high crime. That's exactly why I do NOT want a casino here. I don't get the appeal to play slots in a dim room full of chainsmoking grandmothers spending their social security on big blinking machines (I've been to casinos) and we don't need the prostitution, crime, and seediness down here. A haven? Yes Savannah is a beautiful and unique city. If you want to gamble you can take the casino boat.

Chain smoking grandmothers?? Thats seems like a very stereotypical statement.

The only way I would support this is if the revenues funded transit expansion.
