Could this finally be the end? Based off what I have read about this case, I can't imagine Anita Beaty has a leg to stand on.

Anita Beaty is not the answer, truly. I just do not know what the answer would be, or where it should go. I do think that Mrs. Beaty's shelter is deplorable and has held back the entire Crawford Long Hospital (Emory Midtown) area for decades.

Here is hoping this finally gets resolved. Such a poorly run shelter.

It is scary how long this has dragged on. If I just bring a few homeless people into my apartment can I stop paying rent and go years before getting evicted too?

It's hard to believe the note on the building was sold years ago, and they haven't been able to evict them for delinquent payments yet. How is that even possible?
