There is Fresh Market if you need high-end groceries. You can always find brands that are not in a certain location. Just like northside doesn't have a "Slideways" or a "Noodle". But you can still find places that do the same sort of thing.

Well Porshe moving from the northern suburbs to Hapeville is a significant start.

If the public schools improve, more quality development will follow.

I went to their fancy schmancy Café 356 Restaurant last night at Porsche HQ.

It was pretty darn good, and nice to have a high end dining option so close by. Great views of the planes taking off, and they were right close by, but we couldn't hear or feel a thing. That building is very cool.

I also heard rumor that the 16 acres directly next door to Porsche HQ has been bought.

What Northern metro sprawl? It is mostly out of land and infilling (getting more dense). The only places sprawling are Cumming, Paulding, Canton area and Hall. If you want to see sprawl, go to the South metro.

Curbed are brainwashed idiots with high school maturity levels who like to whine. Don't tae anyhing on there too seriously. It has become a cesspool. I am a millenial and they make us look bad. Millenial doesn't mean act like immature idiots.

Um, that's what they're talking about. That's A LOT of land being clear cut for subdivisions and strip malls.

The northern metro is not mostly out of land...there is even vacant land in Midtown. There aren't many areas of Atlanta where a decent amount of land isn't available.

Some of the public schools are pretty good...Fulton, Fayette, Coweta - all good school systems. I'm sure there are others. They certainly aren't all the same quality in the south metro.
