The same should be said for Centennial Olympic Park since they had a bombing there during the Olympics

The JPX tower will certainly be interesting....

Atlanta-based JPX Works LLC is planning a 24-story residential tower the developer calls a modern vertical village of transparent glass rising over two historic Midtown landmarks, the Fox Theatre and Georgian Terrace hotel.
It’s the second new, against-the-grain project this year from JPX Works, led by Jarel Portman and Bruce Fernald. The other, a 23-story high-rise in Buckhead near the Peachtree Battle neighborhood, is also one of the city’s most visually stunning designs.

Glad to see development is starting to close the gap between Midtown and Downtown.

I think it'll be great to see a more continuous skyline. It looks so disjointed right now

It sure looks as though that, "...interesting..." is the case.
So many of the recent residential high rise & mid rise oferings have been less than eyecatching to put it mildly. I won't name names but that topic has been discussed here before.
We've got enough run of the mill design in place & in the pipeline already such that something new of the likes of the JPX proposal is a welcome change.

It depends on what angle you are looking from.
