Of course. You have already come up with your conclusion and are trying to find evidence to support it.

Few airlines offer any profit sharing. So to be offering 10 to 20% of profits directly back to employees plus a 14.5% raise. It is quite impressive how some can try to spin it to a bad story.

Delta is doing it right.

Well, I'm a professional skeptic and an accountant by trade. I suppose, despite of any evidence, I could believe it's true. My original quote merely suggested more information is needed, I didn't not draw any conclusions.

You suggested that evidence was there (without providing a link), so I looked at the quarterly report. The quarterly report showed profit sharing increased 37% and salaries increase 6%. from 2015 to 2014.

So since you are the CEO of Delta, please point me in the right direction, or should I just believe you.

"Currently Delta shares 10% of the first $2.5 billion in annual adjusted pre-tax profit with employees and shares 20% of profit above that. Starting with payouts in 2017, the formula will change — the 20% payout will start when pre-tax profit tops the previous year's amount."
