This route was originally intended to serve the universities, through Cobb and into downtown. The Midtown Marta stop will serve Georgia Tech, whereas Arts Center would've been a stop short.

If I am understanding this right, it is going to utilize Cobb Pkwy instead of the new Houston lanes. No one is going to ride a bus that takes 90 minutes to get to a destination that normally takes 30-45 mins unless they have to .

The current CCT 10C uses I-75 and only stops at arts center, Marietta TC, and Town Center Park n Ride.
