It's not the biggest deal ever, but I did take a few moments to think about it.

Atlanta is one of the few areas in the country served by three major interstates. Is that true?

Many cities only have 1 or 2 major interstates, then "regional" interstates that only serve that specific metropolitan area or region. Major interstates are those that go long distances without ending and connect to several major cities and regions. I-20, I-75, and I-85 for Atlanta. It's why it's such a large logistics and transportation hub and why it's grown so fast so quickly.

Depends on your definition of major. San Antonio has 35 and 10 but also is a terminus of 37. Houston had 10 and 45 for a long time but is now getting I-69, not fully completed yet (and a long way to go). DFW has 35E and 35W (I'll only count it as one), 20 and 30 starts off 20 just west of Ft Worth, runs through the two downtowns and then continues on to Little Rock. Memphis has 55 and 40 but is getting I-69 and also serves as the western terminus of I-22. Again, depends on what's major.

Nashville has 40, 65 and 24. 24 seemed busy enough my past few trips.

I've heard before that numbers divisible by 5 can be considered very important (the 5s and the 0s). With that criteria, yes Atlanta is one of the few. Of course, if you expand area to be a region instead of just a city or metro area that might change.

Yes and I think I-5 is the longest continuous interstate and l-20 next.

Isn't I-10 longer than I-20?

The 5s and 0s are the interstates that, conceptually, go coast-to-coast or Canada to Mexico, though there are some exceptions [I-85, for instance]. That said, the 5s and 0s might not necessarily be THE most important.

20 only makes it to west Texas. 30 is only Ft Worth to Little Rock. No 50 or 60. 70 makes it as far was as 15 in Utah. 80, 90 and 10 go full length.

5 goes full length, as does 15. 25 gets close and makes it northern Wyoming. 35 is full length and I know for a fact is very important. 45 is only Houston to DFW and per Wikipedia "At just 284.913 miles (458.523 km), I-45 is the shortest of the primary interstates (ending in 0 or 5), and the only primary interstate to be entirely inside of one state."
55 is New Orleans to Chicago, 65 is Mobile to basically Chicago. 75 is Miami to Canada, 85 we know about and 95 is also Miami to Canada.

Interestingly, Wikipedia has the 5s and 0s highlighted as major interstates in the box way down at the bottom of the page. In reality, I fail to see how I-45 is that important or I 30. Of course, I-99 is is west/central Pennsylvania and some people wanted an I -3 in Georgia so it's not like numbering always makes sense.
