I think that Lenny Kravitz is going to (personally) damage the park. Van Halen will probably leave a lot of trash (bottles of ensure and geritol and the like).

Ehh, not that great of a lineup. I like Kravitz (although Mama said was his best album back in 91). I like the "idea" of Van Halen with Roth but he's just not sounding good at all, actually he sounds pretty horrible. Hozier, has one great song, Billy Idol has some great stuff from the 80's. Elton is a legend but not the type of artist I feel that's going to electrify the crowd. Drake is good I guess, not my type of music so I really don't know. Sam Smith will put people to sleep. I'll skip it this year.

Nothing really there that excites me enough to deal with a festival.

It seems like this year and the last they have a poor balance in the diversity of the music. It's not enough for someone like me who likes rock/alternative to fork out the money. Probably not enough for big rap fans to fork it out. Not sure if there are country bands on the bill. It seems like you would have to listen to a ton of music you don't care about (or flat out dislike) in order to hear what you want.

Maybe it will start looking better as more bands are added to the bill.

Meh. This line up is disappointing; it's sooooooo not, RIGHT NOW, except for Drake and Sam Smith. I like Sam Smith, but not much into Drake. But it's not enough for me to get up, get dressed, and make the trek. And for those on list that are legends, what have they done musically as of late?? This has snooze fest written all over it. zzzzzzzzzzz.......

I wasn't until you wrote this inviting post. But since you already mentioned, guess there is no reason for me to continue the topic.
