I am looking to get a few quotes for getting the exterior of my house repainted, as well as replacing some window frame wood rot, and doing a few minor touch up things on the roof. I'm trying to get all this done with a single contractor. Any recommendations? Feel free to direct message me. Thanks!

www.thumbtack.com is a great resource for getting a great mix of competitive quotes. I've used several Decatur contractors registered with Thumbtack for painting, storm door hanging, etc., and been very pleased with each one.
You will see independent customer reviews, and Thumbtack is free.

So I ended up hiring painters to paint the house. Overall, it looks pretty good. One odd thing I noticed is that after painting the siding, they only repainted the front of the window frames white (and not the side). So the side of the window frames is the same color as the siding. Is that normal, or is that just being lazy?
