My partner is considering buying a place in the A&P lofts, but there are some concerns with the HOA, and I'm curious if anyone has first hand experience with the place. I'm not sure what the rules are around disclosing information about an HOA/property, so I won't be too explicit, but it seems like they might not be as on top of things as I'd hope/expect. It's in a really great location though, and I think it has great potential, but I'd hate for him to get stuck with a lemon of an HOA. I also feel like his agent just wants to jam the deal through and doesn't necessarily have his best interests in mind, but I don't necessarily know if that's just because this ATL real estate market is moving quickly and agents are forced to put pressure on buyers to get deals done.

Any thoughts?

Things move quickly these days. Especially those properties sitting on top of the beltline.

I'm just looking at these on FMLS. Amazing how the prices have skyrocketed. I renovated and flipped unit 102. Its probably worth nearly double now if 1/1s are going in the low 2's.

Unit 331 under contract was picked up in the downturn for $57k...wow. Nice little profit.

I would not be worried about the HOA. Its managed by Condominium Concepts which is decent enough. Truth be told, most mgmt co's are disorganized.
