What blows me away is that we now have a staggering 223 million square feet of office space.

What was interesting was that Perimeter AND North Fulton each had more office space than downtown. And more class A office space as well. Midtown and Buckhead had more class A space than downtown. They didn't break out the Cobb Galleria from NW Atlanta. That combined area had more space than any of them and more class A than all but Perimeter.
