Now that the Cyclorama has moved to the Atlanta History Center, I wonder if/when they will remove "Cyclorama" from the exit signs on I-20 near the Atlanta Zoo in Grant Park.

Probably whenever GDOT gets around to replacing the overhead signage along the corridor like they have along most of the other Metro Atlanta freeways.

The name always reminds me of these for some reason...



Maybe install one at Grant Park and let the signs stay?

When they get around to changing all of the overhead signage to match the other signage they've replaced on other Atlanta highway corridors.

I was asking because they replaced the Georgia Dome signs with Mercedes Benz Stadium pretty quickly. But I guess you are all saying sometime within the year...

Mercedes probably paid for the signage or it was part of the naming rights deal...

From what I heard, GDOT isn't going to change it until GSU finalizes a naming rights deal for the Ted.
