Does anyone know the name of the apartment complex located on Willow Lake drive NE off Briarcliff Road NE in 30329. It is the complex located to the south of the The Park at Briarcliff apartments.

My understanding is that these apts are owned by DeKalb County and are used as Section 8 housing. Someone can correct me if they know this to not be so.
The plan at present is to level these and The Park for the new Sembler development...I don't know the timetable on this.

Thanks for that. Looking for apartments in the area and saw a pool, and tennis courts on google earth but no listings anywhere.
While we are on the subject, does anyone have any general opinons on apartments in that area. Most seem to be slated on
Apartment Ratings - Apartments for Rent with Ratings and Reviews from Actual Renters with only a few consistantly scoring well. One such complex is Montego Arpartments just off the Burford highway, opposite the NE plaza. Looks good value too.

My advice is to stay
off Buford Highway and confine your search in that area to
south of I-85...there are a couple of decent complexes nearby on Briarcliff Rd between North Druid Hills and Clairmont Rds. They have changed names so many times that I can't recall what they're called now. On Google Earth, you'll also see a complex on Cliff Valley Way right off Briarcliff in that same area which is nice.
