Does anyone live or have any experience with this neighborhood? We are relocating and have chosen South Forsyth county due to schools and proximity to work and have looked at many neighborhoods and this one is a top contender, but we are not very familiar with the Cumming area in general. Is this a good option? We love the woodsy feel but have concerns that it might be too secluded. Can anyone provide insight on pros and cons of living here? Is the community socially active? Are there a lot of kids? Is crime an issue? Proximity to amenities? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

That’s one of my favorite neighborhoods in that area. We almost bought a house there a few years ago but decided at the last minute not to overextend our budget and we stayed where we were. It’s really not very far from all the shopping at Ga-20 and 40, as well as the shopping areas at McGinnis ferry and 141. At the same time it feels very secluded. I’m not sure about what day-to-day life is like there are these days, but that’s a prime area to live with low crime.

Just so people know who may respond, The Chattahoochee River Club and The River Club are two different spots.

That should say “GA 400” and not “40.” Lol
