What kind of rates are people looking at for that time? We have 2,400 sq/ft in a good (quiet) neighborhood 3 miles from the stadium.

Some friends of mine are, and do this frequently due to their proximity to MBS, State Farm Arena and Bobby Dodd. They're interior designers that are based in Savannah but keep a place in Peachtree Towers to be close to the Mart. The place has a great rental history.
