I am relocating to Duluth in July with my husbnd and my two children ages 1 and 5. We are looking at Camden River apartments, does anyone know if this apartment is safe. I am also looking for any input on daycares, and schools. Help please!!!!

I lived in Avonlea on the River right next to those apartments about 2 years ago. It's actually Duluth in Fulton County. I liked the area. Near St Ives, Atlanta Athletic Club, Country Club of the South. The only problem I know of is the bad intersection at Medlock and State Bridge. You are very close to retail stores. I actually walked to the stores. Not sure about the schools since I dont have kids
