Hi, everyone!

I have been wanting to live in around Atlanta. When I went there (or should I say 'passing by') I loved it. People are SOOOOO friendly and I was so impressed by it. Could anyone tell me good and bad things about living Atalanta arre???

thanks and have a great day!

I think it depends on what you are looking for in a community. Personally the worst thing about Atlanta is how spread out everything is. The city feels like a giant suburb instead of an actual city. Of course the traffic problems that this causes only add to it. The best thing about Atlanta is how there always seems to be something going on. Almost every weekend I have something interesting and exciting to do.

Tell us a little more about yourself or your interests and we can tell you if Atlanta can meet your expectations.

I agree with xxman777, be more specific about what you want in a city.

Default I Live in Atlanta!!!

Oh I love Atlanta.. it is spread out, it's not like some other big cities where you can just catch the subway wherever you want to go... we do have Marta which is our equivalent, but it doesn't go everywhere you want to go and is more inconvenient than anything... but who cares? We have everything any city needs! Great restaurants, great bars and night clubs... theaters and comedy clubs, even murder mystery! We have great parks and amazing shopping... there are corners of this city for every type of person and I've lived here almost all of my life and have never had any crime related problems...

Whether you like shopping and eating out, or you like watching old movies with a 1,000 of your friends on the grass you're sure to find anything you want!

I have my yuppy nights where I drink cocktails with my friends at The Tavern Phipps, and I have my emo punk nights where I dance till dawn at Decatur Social Club.. On Thursdays we go watch old movies broadcast over the park at Screen on the Green, just me, my girlfriends, and 1,000 of our closest friends. Sometimes I go to Little Five Points to walk my dog and sometimes I go to buy eclectic jewelry and watch my friends get henna tattoos.

The city is clean and fun, entertaining and subtle... it's charm comes not only from it's beauty but from it's people. We are friendly and helpful and we love to show off our wonderful home!!

Atlanta is the best metropolitan city I have ever been too.. some are fun, some are big, some are famous, but Atlanta will always be home.
