Hey All,

Im trying to sell my house so i can move back home. The problem is...well this market. I haven't put it up on the market yet or advertised at all but im trying to research options. I was wondering if anybody has any experience with home investors? You see advertisements all the time and i know theirs a ton out there but do you really get what you pay for or is it a bunch of crap? I most certainly don't want to get scammed so im trying to figure out the best way to do this. If they are legit...can anybody recommend anyone?? I appreciate any comments. The house was built in 1969 in Tucker, GA...its pretty much been all redone...4 bed...3 bath...pool...culesac...fenced yard etc.

Homevestors magic number is 65% of market value. If you can live with it, they pay everything. Essentially, you just go to closing and move out within 24 hours.

Realize that there are a lot of great RE opportunities out there for investors, you have to be willing to offer more value than anyone to earn someone's interest.

An investor is just that, an investor; they're trying to get the best ROI.
