I have not seen so much as one Congregational or Protestant church in Atlanta metro. Do they exist in the area?

Uhh there are Protestant churches on almost every corner. You can't turn around without tripping over a Baptist church here.

There are a couple in the area that I'm aware of.

First Congregationalist Church on Courtland St downtown

Central Congregationalist Church at 2676 Clairmont Rd.

Methodist, Baptist, Episcopalian, Presbyterian, Lutheran or other denomination of Protestant church?

There are several interdenominational churches if that is what you prefer.

No. I was just wondering about Congregational churches. I have seen just about every religion known to man kind with this one exception.

In your OP you mentioned 'Protestant'.

I have always thought Baptists were Protestants. LOL--Southern Baptists at least.

In ordinary American English, I think it would be fair to say that Protestant means, as Merriam-Webster has it, "broadly : a Christian not of a Catholic or Eastern church". See protestant - Definition from the Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary

If Protestant means something different than that to you, you'll have to elaborate.

Given the confusion over Protestant, I suspect you may have some rather specific definition of Congregational in mind. Meanwhile, I'd say the United Church of Christ is a well-known Congregationalist denomination, and its web site lists plenty of Atlanta churches, e.g. Find a UCC Church

The United Church of Christ is a well-known Congregationalist denomination and I thank you for the web site. Just what I was looking for.
