Well now, isn't this a pickle. I only got a Bank of America account for the Museums on Us, now the Zoo and Fernbank have opted out. Does anyone else know of any discount passes or memberships? We'll definitely still use it for the High, but I was really most interested in the zoo and the Fernbank. That's more my family's speed. My girlfriend in Chicago says that there they can just buy what's called a City Pass each year and go to any of the museums and whatnot. It seems that the Atlanta version is limited to a one-time visit. We would definitely go to the zoo and to the Fernbank more frequently than that if it didn't cost us a kidney.

I was so mad when I visited Atlanta because I didn't see the city pass until I stopped at a gas station to fill up for my trip back here!

They have a city pass here, I believe it is $69 for an adult and $49 for kids, but I may be off on that as I haven't looked it up since this past summer. From what I read you can get into a bunch of attractions with it including world of Coca-cola, the aquarium, the zoo, Fernbank, and Six Flags. You have to use it within 2 weeks though.

I have a zoo membership and a Fernbank membership. I don't like the aquarium all that much as it is usually too crowded and really isn't worth the money IMO. The zoo membership was only $89, I got $10 off with a promo they were doing around Halloween. The Fernbank was $79. Both last the whole year and admit with the family pass 2 adults and up to 4 kids 18 and under, which is a great deal and cheaper than buying the city pass for everyone in our house. We go to the zoo and Fernbank every week most of the time and my kids love it and I that we always have somewhere to go if we're bored one day.

I might do a city pass though when my nephews come visit me this summer in case they want to go to other attractions, which I'm sure they will.

I remember seeing something related to this at my local Fulton County library. You might have to do this thru the library?

We're not in Fulton, we're in DeKalb.
