OK, so I saw a new Audi S4 today, and I swear the badge on the back of it said 3.0T. Aren't these things supercharged? If so, why not badge it as a 3.0K?

They are supercharged as you said. Here is the back of the 2010 S4. I do not see a T on it though.

Its not on the back - its by the front fender (although its definitely missing in that pic posted by LVD). I believe the T signifies the TFSI?

MUCH better looking than the 335 sedan.. but not sure its worth the price premium over it.

And the "T" in TFSI" has traditionally stood for turbocharged.

That is confusing then - as most pictures of the S4 engine has V6TFSI on it.... What they should do is just not put anything on it (just my .02 of course)

Whereas I think they should go with a 3.0K badge myself. I think that would be pretty cool.
