I thought Greenville had allot going on. With Magnolia Town Park and all of the new stores and restaurants opening downtown, I thought you all were out growing Augusta. There is development here going on but allot of it has been canceled or delayed due to the recession. Many downtown condos here including the whites building are in jeopardy because of the banks going under. How is the condo developments coming along in Greenville?

Lol what downtown condos are in jeopardy? The whites building situation is about over. 20 have been built and about 15-16 have been sold. Well atleast this was the info about 4 months ago. The other 60 will be built later or early next year.

Magnolia Town Park is simlar to Village at Riverwatch. Cleared land and construction equipment. But no major signs of heavy coonstruction.

Wheeler Town Park off I-20 is further along. Than VAR and MTPC.

Ummm...wrong. Wheeler Town Park is on hold according to several posters on here. Also, heavy construction has started on Magnolia Park. Here are two cell phone pics I took on Monday:

Wow! Village at Riverwatch has construction equipment too. G-man can you tell me these posters who say Wheeler town park is on hold. I drive past WTP on a daily basis. It changes landscape everday. Magnolia town has been delayed like Village at Riverwatch.

Are there any buildings completed at MTPC. Wheeler Town Park has a completed Carmax. Construction equipment has never left the WTP site.

Construction equipment just returned to Magnolia Town Park. Its in the same state as Village at Riverwatch.

What construction equipment does Village at Riverwatch have on site? Forum members on here say they drive by the site daily and haven't seen any equipment what-so-ever. I can't remember who they are. Yes, there are buildings at Magnolia Park complete like Costco. Carmax didn't open in Augusta.
