Good point about being the "hangout house." That's a great way to keep an eye on teenagers. Trust me, I'm not discounting the sport court b/c we have girls at all, it was more b/c they're so young that I didn't know how much use they would get out of it. Honestly, I didn't think about the volleyball aspect of it. Both of DH's nieces in north Texas were state level champ volleyball players. Hopefully it's hereditary! Ok, the sport court idea is growing on me.
