Anyone have an idea? I was looking at the Mueller development online but it's so pricey. I really like the east side but it's also starting to go up in price.
Any info would be appreciated, thanks!

Not sure but I don't think you can make more than 45K a year to qualify for the lower homes which are small and priced in the mid 100's. You can check out David Weekley's website, he is building the affordable homes. Keep in mind, there was a whole waiting list sign up thing and so many people reserved in the Mueller section. I don't think anyone will get a shot at any of the homes in there for a few years since there are a backlog of buyers that already have a spot in line. They closed that to anyone else months ago.
