Anyone have any experience with mildew removal? I have an addition that likely has a moisture issue, either poorly sealed or water is getting between old wall and new addition (I'll find out once I tear down the dry wall). I'd like to resolve the moisture issue, remove the mildew, and replace the dryway and carpet. The mildew isn't visible, but I can smell it in the room, it only shares one wall with the rest of the house and is a 15x18 box.

I am looking for companies or advice on how to proceed. Thanks!

I'm looking for the same info too. We have a mid-1970s house with a smell that we think is mold and/or mildew. Most of the services I see are for disaster recovery from flooding and such but I don't think anything that dramatic occurred to our house. I'm hoping for recommendations.
