Called in and was told that MOST of the appraisals will become available Monday (4/22) online at 12am.

Some of my properties are online now. One increase 22%, the other 25%.

I just looked at the current stats for my neighborhood - 1 property for sale, 23 contract pending, 31 days on market. Does not bode well.

IIRC, they judge based on sales/information prior to Dec 31st, 2012. At least that's what I thought? The big jump in values happened in 2013. So it'll be another year before things get really crazy.

We went up, but not what I would consider unreasonably so.
