Hello,
Can anyone tell me who much a legal secretary with two years experience can expect to make here in Austin at a mid-sized or large-sized law firm?

Maybe $35-40k assuming one can get a job here? 2 years isn't a huge amount of experience. Also depends if anyone is hiring..

do a bit of a search this has actually come up before. I think 35-45 sounds about right.

There are not a ton of large firms here, unlike Houston or Dallas. But if you can get on with a firm that pays better rates, like firms with Austin offices that are ca or ny based that's ideal

That makes sense. It does seem like those would pay more. I've been reading a lot lately about how difficult it is to find a job in Austin. So frustrating. sigh...
