Victim of recession? I've seen several of his homes throughout the area and they're gorgeous.

I think he stopped building before that. Maybe he just retired? He would be in his early 60s now.

Here is a little bit of info. He was still building in 2005 but I can't find anything after that.

Thank you. There appears to be little information about him online and since he looks to be a small, truly custom business, it makes sense that he would retire. His homes are just beautiful and functional and are definitely not cookie cutter. They seem to also retain their value.

Track him down and have him build you a house.

I'm related to a couple custom home builders back East and even though these guys are in their 70s their idea of retirement is building two houses a year.

If you like his work enough it can't hurt to ask.
