We used Prosperity Bank. They were quick and easy to work with. There are many different types of loans you can do for a lot. We choose a 5 year arm since we were planning to do a construction loan within a year which would absorb the lot loan. Good luck with your search.

A Broker from PrimeLending found our loan at Prosperity Bank. I'll PM his contact info. Also, checkout Georgetown Mortgage, they handled my construction loan but do lot loans as well.
