Hola,
My husband and I are looking at homes to lease in Teravista. This sub is amazing. Hoping someone here can answer a few questions:
1. I am only familiar with Pulte built homes, which is not one of the home builders in Teravista. there are multiple homes for lease , all with different builders...is anyone better than the other?
2. This sub is HUGE but only has 3 pools. Do the pools become too crowded to enjoy on the weekend?
3. This is a family sub, but are there events for adults only? we are empty nesters, love kids, but love adults more ( LOL)
4. We heard there is a new venue coming to RR.I don't know much about it though. Will it be close to Teravista?
