How did the neighborhood get this to work with their contract with texas community propane? it's part of their requirements, no?
When did new houses switch to heat pumps vs furnaces?

Ok, so what another person posted is not true then. They are NOT putting in electric furnaces at Belterra.

How did this happen? Did that petition a few years ago make this a new change where homes don't have propane furnaces anymore?
How are you heating bills in the winter with electric?

Yes, new builders are not required t have whole house propane as before. Not sure when it changed but it's been several years. I sell homes in there all the time and it's way better with that change.
