No kids in school. I haven't heard of Circle C. I will have to look it up. Are there nice apartments in that area?

Get an apartment locator, free to you, legit, and very very useful when you are new to Austin, Habitat Hunters helped me find my first place in Austin 27 years ago and they are still around! They will save you time and expense.

There are a couple dozen Circle C residents on this forum, i'm sure they'll be able to offer excellent opinions.

It's a little further away than Sunset Valley or Lamar/Ben White....but might be a better fit.

You bet. There are a ton of on line apartment finder websites that you can use to help you find an apartment that will meet your needs. They will send you new apartments as they come open, and you can tailor your search to exactly what you are looking for as far as number of bedrooms, pets, adults, children, pool, clubhouse, you name it. I think that is the best way to go. Good luck. Let me know if I can help in any way. If you find one and want to know about the area, I can give you an idea of what it is like. Just send me a pm.
