Who are the energy star builders there? We would be buying in either RR, CP, or GT.

Dree's is one, our house is energy star. I'm sure there are others.

Some of the builders in those areas who are energy star qualified are: Centex, DR Horton, David Weekly, Buffington, Bowen, Lennar, Meritage, Perry Homes, Pulte, Ryland, Taylor Morrison, Highland, and KB. If you have a question about a certain builder you can check their website for a list of their partners. Here is the link to that info:

Odd how Drees isn't on that list since they build Energy Star houses. I even have a sticker on my house :-)

Drees is listed on the website along with a huge number of other builders. That list above is very, very short.
