Natural flavor/no artificial dye snow cone stand.

I'd like one in Central Austin.

FWIW- As a mom with school aged kids, I have 4 kids at the last birthday party who are on a sans artificial dye diet.

Doesn't seem like it would take too much capital to start up.

Here's someone who does it in Kansas City. Don't have to be hand made like this as I see you can buy non-artificial dye snow cone syrup.

There is one! They are probably taking a break for the winter but on Manor Road, east of I-35, before Cherrywood, there was a fabulous snow cone stand last summer with fabulous all natural snow cones, and an all fruit juice option too.

They were delicious. I can't remember the name but they were definitely worth heading east for! Edited to add: hooray they are on yelp! Hola Aloha

Homemade syrups, agave nectar, fresh coconut! Ooh, now I want it to be summer. The kids and I spend most of the summer just around the corner and would get these on the way home, yum!

And I think that the New Orleans snow cone stand at Airport/51st has natural, no-dye options. They are open most of the year (but not this week).
