This one is even set up girly man style for city slickers. Just look at those rims and tires on it. Yep, I have seen all years used for Police heavy duty use over the years. Park Rangers, DNR (fish and game) all use them too. I haven't seen a Toy yet.
^^^ Yes b/c the government really knows how to spend our tax money wisely? Get a grip.
GM is freaking owned by the government. Even before then HUGE FLEET SALES to the government helped prop up and inflate sales figures.
Please stop.
It has nothing to do with that. The vehicles used must pass a very strict tests and inspections just like weapons. Obviously, you never heard of the FBI Frisbee test either. It's when they throw a handgun and it lands crashing to the ground to see how it holds up. You don't think they do the same with their vehicles and all their other gear? Going airborne in pursuits, burning out, J-turns, high speed runs, slamming on the brakes etc doesn't count as heavy duty use? They beat these vehicles to death. One of their vehicles sees more beating than probably any one of us can ever give it.

I'll even expand on that. I wonder how a Toyota will hold up getting riddled with bullet holes? Also, at this level NOTHING is foreign made. The smoke detectors and all the other items in the White House can't take the chance of some kind of internally integrated surveillance device added for spying and stealing our secrets. It must be controlled!
