I'm going to guess all those tests Mike Rowe did against the Chevrolet were blatant propaganda. I like both Chevrolet and Ford so I guess I'm happy either way.
I thought for sure that Ford would be the clear winner. I like Ford and Chevy trucks equally but in the end I'll take a Cummins.
haha i always thought that the best truck that could ever be made would be a ford superduty with a cummins turbo diesel and backed by an allison transmission. it would be that best of all worlds a awsome motor, great tranny in a well built truck with amazing fit and finish.

A slightly modified 12 valve Cummins can make the same power as these trucks and you can throw a manual 6 speed NV5600 behind it.

It'll be interesting to see what Cummins does to freshen up the 6.7. The current 6.7 is the same one that was designed to run against the 6.4 and LMM, now they need to compete with the Scorpion and LML.
I'm sure they're working on it, the new redesign for the Ram probably just took first priority.
