I live in the snowbelt. I have my winter tires on steelies. Two of my cars have alloy rims so there aren't any hubcaps to put on the steelies. I'd have to go out and buy some just for the winter tires. My one car has hubcaps, but I don't bother switching them over to the winter tires.

I side with not cool...

But I'm old and remember when Cragar Mags were cool.

I drive a Camry LE, just has wheel covers.

The other day I parked next to a Camry LE same color as mine,
only difference it had no wheel covers, just steelies.
To my eyes it looked worse than mine, like it was missing something.

It's simple. People driving cars without hub caps are hobos.

I decided I kinda liked my Camry without hubcaps. It's not going to look any better with them, since the clearcoat is shot.
