I am not suggesting that the other drivers were completely without fault, but your statement that both were unavoidable and were caused solely by the other driver not signalling is demonstrably untrue.

In both of those accidents he was not at fault. In both cases, the other driver turned into him. However, neither one proves that lack of using turn signals was a cause. The cause was clearly the idiots in the other cars making unsafe maneuvers or turns without knowing if there were other cars around. The signal is irrelevant. If they had signaled, it still did not make it safe to turn. Who says drivers are going to stop and let them turn just because of a flashing light? The signal had nothing to do with either accident.
