(raises hand). I got free wipers when I broke my recently. I go to a locally owned shop and they told me it was my Christmas gift but I had some new ones installed earlier in the year, so there was a warranty on them. Then I broke them again and I got another pair. Then the arm on them broke again, I got another pair. I forgot exactly what happened, but if your a regular customer, places do things for you. At least they do where I go

Okay...I'll bite on the bait that you have given us.
How in the world do you keep "breaking" your wipers?

Well, the first time was due to me "thinking" my window was defrosted and wasn't. Second time one wasn't going along with the other one...I think, or maybe that was the third time when the arm or whatever is connected was broke and they had to replace the whole windshield wiper and not just the wiper. I was surprised that they kept replacing for "free". I'd got a lot of free stuff from one guy there before he left the locally owned place. Nothing major, just needed minor stuff or just to look at. Found out that he was doing that to the woman so he could buy their car which he succeeded with them (not me). That is what the desk guy told me (who replaced my wipers).
