Yes, and a huge stereo system! Everybody will notice you when you drive by and glance at your vehicle in awe and admiration...... BTW- Most people looking at you are actually trying to figure out how to kill you while making it look like an accident.
"Stand out" and "look good" are two entirely different things, with the difference between them mostly coming down to $$$.
Tasteful wheels and maybe a drop is where I'd start, though.

Yeah. If I was going to alter a Civic in any way, it would probably be the wheels. And maybe a nice leather wrap for the steering wheel.
