So it looks like a guy and his Honda tuner tech buddy decided the best way to port and polish the heads, and intake was by revving the engine way up and using the vacuum to suck in a 25lb bag of sand blasting sand

Hey guys, please help with my mods gone wrong

I remember reading that thread back in 2007. It's good for a laugh. It's not a Honda either as the 1.8T is a VW engine, probably in a turbo Golf or Jetta.

All most as Epic as the guy who put NOS energy drink into his bike under the impression, it was a fuel additive

Bike won't start after using NOS fuel additive : Suzuki GSX-R Motorcycle Forums: Gixxer.com

About 15yrs ago when I first got into my import tuner faze, I had a friend who had an Integra GSR. One day when it was raining heavy he was afraid of his cold air intake sucking up water and blowing the engine. What does he do? Pulls over and ties a plastic bag around the K&N filter . Obviously he forgot that a car needs AIR in order to breath/operate. A few blocks later he pulled over when the car wasnt running right and discovered that the intake tube sucked the filter inside. LOL.
