It's a nice fixer upper, but no was in hell is it worth $400,000 dollars, even completely restored.

It's been corrected. Still too much for a 352 car in this condition IMHO; but for the guy who had one in high school and wishes he never sold it market value has little bearing.

Yes, the price of a classic car is what someone is willing to pay for it, and there is often a lot of emotion involved.
