We had an accident where I rear ended my car in front of me on the highway. The car in front of me had a minor dent as I had applied the brakes before collision and was at a very reduced speed. As a result of the impact my car burst out into high flame fire and burnt down.
Should i sue the car manufacturer?
GO FOR IT, Jaegermister . . . it is always someone else's fault.
I bet there's a sleazy Ambulance Chaser just waiting for you to call.

Virtually always.
I rear-ended a car that darted in front of me coming out of a drive way and then hit the brakes. She got charged for unsafe driving, I didn't and her insurance paid.
It is the only instance I am aware of where the person doing the rear-ending (me) was not found at fault.
