Step 1: Go to discount tire or your preferred local tire store
Step 2: Talk to the sales rep, say you want stock replacement tires
Step 3: Pay for said tires and wait for work to be performed
Step 4: Drive home and have a cool tasty beverage
I'm wondering if the wheels were swapped out for larger diameter which will limit tire wall sizing to maintain the OEM rolling diameter. In that case in addition to tires you'll need to buy some aftermarket wheels similar to the OEM size or see if someone is selling a used set you can pick up. Buying from dealer simply won't be worth the price.
Most affordable way to go is to get steel wheels that match the original factory size and either paint the steel rims or cheap hubcaps.
I wouldn't be surprised if it came with steelies and hub caps from the dealer which is why the prior owner swapped them out.
