If I had a dime for every time someone has startled me with unannounced lane switching, sudden turns & jumping out in front of me from side of the street parking spots then I would be one wealthy woman.

Do you prefer to give a kind & courteous "blink..blink" or do you feel as if your non-blinker using choice is your own business?

I do believe that in the majority of the states that you're required by law to use your turn signal's any time you're changing lane for making a turn, and I do know that if you are taking a driver's test and you do not use your turn signal's during the course of the test, you can fail the test.

I always use my turn signals. It is really irritating when other (lazy) drivers don't. After all, it's so easy... you move the little lever and it even automatically cancels after the turn!

And using them prevents accidents.

Tell me about it! Where I live, for some odd reason, there are TERRIBLE drivers. And I swear sometimes I am the ONLY driver on the road who uses my blinker. I caught my hubby being lazy the other day & got on him about how he shouldn't be like the d***a** drivers around here!

I rarely forget to use my turn signals, even when coming out of my own drive-way. And when other drivers forget, I wonder if they realize how dangerous it can be to be so unprepared on the road.

LOL!!! I use it turning out of the alley and no one is around at all. I guess I'm just use to it.

They don't care. Over 90% think they are the ONLY driver on the road who matters.
Anyone else is just supposed to get out of their way, so they don't have to interrupt their phone conversation to - you know - drive or anything.

what aggrivates me is poeple putting the there signal on in the middle of a turn, instead of giving notice of the intended turn and putting it on earlier, letting poeple know that they intend to turn.
