I have OEM wiper arm. I am looking for OEM wiper insert.

Are there any sources to get apart from dealer ( their price is much more than after market wiper blade) .

After-market REFILLS are at Wiper & Washer Wiper Blade Refill Parts | RockAuto
OEM REFILLS (aka Toyota-branded) probably not available, except from dealer.

You might be able to buy it online, such as on Amazon. It can be hard to search. If you just enter "1999 toyota camry wiper blade", you will find other vendor's. If you want the OEM, find the part number from Toyota, do a search on the part number. You probably will get some hits.

Try taking the OEM part number and doing a search with that. You might be able to find it that way. eBay might also have it if you search by part number.

I know this site looks a little weird, but I've purchased OEM wiper inserts from them for my Lexus (they have a sister site called LexusPartsNow.com) for $22 total including shipping for both sides.
