Wagner Thermoquiet has my vote.

I made the mistake of putting the Advance Wearever silver pads all the way around my Ram 2500 and despite bedding the pads properly and resurfacing my rotors they squeal like crazy, tend to fade quickly when heated up, and produce a ridiculous amount of brake dust. I've ran them for years prior and didn't have any issue, but they don't seem to hold up quite as well as they used to.

I put the Wagner on my wife's car at the same time and they work great. No fade, no noise, and minimal brake dust.

Go on Rockauto.com. You'll probably have 50 choices. Look for the ones with the hearts next to them as these are the most popular pads bought for your make and model

I am a shop owner. We discontinued the installation of Akebono [pads some years ago because the included anti-squeal shims are thin and flimsy and would shift and wrinkle. Bosch ceramic pads are excellent. Surprisingly, the O'Reilly premium "Brake-Best" house brand ceramic pad kits work well for those on a budget.

i agree with all the suggestions and comments.

But in your case, for your 2002 Kia. I suggest you go to Autozone get the cheapest set they offer.
It will work just fine. Brake dust, who cares. Remember it's a 2002 Kia Sephia..

Happy Thanksgiving.
