Yeah but depending on what year it is, the basic hemi has cylinder deactivation...

If you're trying to go cheap new tires...at least get Pep Boys Definity brand, or Uniroyals.

Hard to say without knowing the exact wheel width? Each width has a range of recommended tire sizes. Take a ruler and measure it yourself, my guess is 9".

And yes, for the most part, OEM tires are trash.

Like this, although there are many differing opinions out there.
