Anyone know how much wiggle room there might be on a 2015 loaded E350 with 23,000 miles listed at $38,888.

Do you think the dealer would come down a $1000?

A $1000? It's not even worth asking.

Agreed.

It's an E350... which can be found anywhere, as that is by far the most popular engine choice. If they won't budge on price, look elsewhere.

Just make sure you negotiate out the door price (with all taxes/fees included). That way he can't tack on other fees and say "hey, these are our document fees, everyone pays for them"

KBB for a loaded example shows 40 k. Thats from a private party. Dealers are such a P in A when it comes to that.

But looking at cars.com ,price seems to stay around 31-35k

Just go print out a bunch of for sale cars with the same equipment, etc, and take it with you when you make your offer.

Not nearly enough info.
There is a WIDE range of pricing on the E-Class.

Yep, find some comparables instead of relying on KBB.

I agree that I would ask for more off than $1k, even on a certified 2015. The E350 is a popular sedan, not unlike a Honda Accord, so it's not unique to the marketplace.
