Not sure. It sounds like the horse and buggy pulled out from a stop sign to cross a road when it was not clear to do so. The guy left and returned, but the highway needs to be clear before pulling out to cross.

Maybe. I read it that the driver came around one rig and hit the other one. If I'm not mistaken, and it's been awhile since I've been on those roads, its a 4 way stop.

Amish are thick as fleas on a dog's back on the roads down there, something everyone has to watch out for.

It's really funny watching them pull a kayak trailer behind a buggy.
